On 2nd November morning as soon as I received newspaper in my hand, my eyes directly went to Snapdeal Ultimate Monday Sale advertisement. So immediately I have logged on snapdeal.com to find some deal. I found one nice deal, "Surya Accent - ISI- Aluminium Pressure Cooker (Set of 3)" in just Rs. 999 only.
I loved that deal and it became my Dil ki Deal for that day. While checking all the description of this product, I came across one more offer that if I will buy this cooker from Snapdeal app and will do online payment then I will get additional Rs. 100 discount plus 5 cashback code.

According to the offer, I did login to my Snapdeal app and was ready to place the order but while doing online payment I was unable to find that additional Rs. 100 discount on this product. So I got little confused while doing payment, then I decided it's better to buy from website itself because at least I will get 5 cashback code if not Rs. 100 discount. So again I have logged on to snapdeal.com and placed my order successfully.
After that tracked my order status, it was showing "Readying for Dispatch". I got little late in placing my order but completed successfully because after few minutes I saw the same product was Out of Stock.

I was very happy after doing this Dil ki Deal in morning. But in afternoon, when I had checked the order status I got confused by looking at another status for this order. "Order is being cancelled" - this was something new for me so I wrote to Snapdeal Customer Care for explaining this another status because my order was successfully placed. After some time they replied like this:

This is in reference to the cancellation of your Order number 9724384016. We regret to inform you that we were unable to process your order as the item is out of stock. We tried to procure it from a different seller but were unsuccessful in doing so. As a result, we have no option but to cancel your order.
We have initiated the refund of your payment and it would be credited to your bank account within 4 business days.

This is one of my awful experience with Snapdeal because once my order was placed successfully then Why Snapdeal has not completed my Dil ki Deal ?. This is the matter where Snapdeal needs to improve. If the product was Out of Stock, it must show before itself when I was placing order. However I had to bear the final status for my order as mentioned in the above image.
