Last month, I was finding some second hand medical books but I didn't got all the books which was there in my list. I purchased 5-6 books from the list and at last only 2 books were remaining. I found in almost all medical book depot near my house but that books were not available anywhere. So I thought it's better to purchase new books online without wasting too much of time in searching here and there from the physical book stores.
I searched on amazon, flipkart and snapdeal for that books but that 2 books were available only on flipkart. So on 1st feb, I placed order for both that books. The estimated delivery was between 9-10th feb but I have received one book on 4th feb itself. I was happy but I was wondering where is the second book...?
When I checked the order status, I came to know that the second book was coming from another seller on flipkart. So after two days, I checked the status again to find out that where my order has been reached. I was shocked to see the status- Your item has been Cancelled.
When I have placed my order successfully on 1st feb, then why after 5 days flipkart has cancelled my order ? Flipkart didn't even inform me why they did like this, so I wrote to customer care regarding this issue. They replied like this :-

We are sorry to tell you that the product is not available with the seller 'mbookspune' at the moment, due to which your order has been canceled.
We have initiated a refund of Rs. 450/- to your bank account on February 06, 2016 and it will reflect in 8 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking procedures.
Thank you for your co-operation.

This is one of my worst experience with flipkart while doing online shopping. If any product is not available with seller then why they are displaying on their website that product is available. When you see any product available, of course you will place your order but later flipkart will cancel your order by giving any reason like this. So Be Alert !!! because Flipkart cancel your order anytime even if your order is placed successfully.
