Last month, I did one recharge from Paytm as usual but messages which Paytm sent that day became irritating message for me. I always prefer online recharge but today I am sharing one experience with you that how a minor error can result into something unexpected.
I did one recharge of Rs. 50 from Paytm, within few minutes I got confirmation message from Paytm like this -
After few minutes, again I got that same confirmation message...I was happy that wow !!!...I got Rs. 50 one more time but No...when I saw balance amount, it was same as previous one. So I thought it may be because of some error I received that confirmation message again...but No...again I got that message, then after few minutes again I got that message....and this process continued...
OMG !! now that message started coming back to back. After sometime I stopped checking message because I knew that it may be Paytm confirmation message only. These non stop message started at 5.43 pm in the evening and continued till I went to bed. I thought it will stop now but no that message was coming continuously whole night.
When I woke up in the morning and checked the number of messages went up to 60 and the last message came at 1.51 am (check in message screenshot). Thank God, it stopped there. Next day, I wrote to Paytm about this incident via email, then they replied like this-
